Formula H.T. Directions:
Always take with 6-8 ounces of liquid 20-30 minutes before or one hour after a meal. The first three days of use consume one tablet before or after lunch. After 3 days of use, consume 2 tablets in the morning and 1-2 tablets mid-day. Do this 5 days on and 2 days off. You may have to reduce dosage to 1 tablets 2 times a day if you experience sleeplessness.
