Vasospan Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take one or two servings daily between meals. For best results: On training days, take one serving 30 minutes prior to exercise and an additional serving in the evening (6-8hrs later) with 16oz of water. On non-training days, take two servings spaced evenly throughout the day between meals with water.
