How many Thermorexin should I start with?

How many do I take per day?
Some people will take as much 6 caps but most people will get the same benefit from 1-2 caps twice a day. Most people will find that 6 caps is just too strong and unnecessary. If you find the effects diminish or your progress stops then increase your dosage, otherwise keep it low.
How stimulatory is Thermorexin, will it make me jittery?
Thermorexin is fairly stimulatory, but most people will find that it does not make them jittery like ECA stacks. The stimulation that it provides tends to feel more natural and more even. The stimulatory effect of Thermorexin is very helpful when you're working out. Especially doing cardio.
What kind of diet should I use when on Thermorexin?
ANY. Though a moderate to high carbohydrate diet, in conjunction with Glucorell R supplementation, is HIGHLY recommended. Glucorell R has made low carb and keto diets pretty much obsolete. One of the main benefits of Thermorexin use is the appetite suppression which makes not eating as much, the main failing of most diets, considerably easier.
If the appetite suppression is so strong, will I be able to eat?
Yes, Thermorexin will not prevent you from eating it will only curb food cravings for the first few hours you take it.
Can I stack it with Yohimburn DF?
Yes but if you are sensitive to Yohimbine, which some people are, you may need to cut back the dosage of either the Thermorexin or the Yohimburn DF. Most people will have no problems at all with this stack.
Can I take other oral thermogenics like ephedrine or ephedra?
It is not recommended. Though if you want an extra workout boost some people might use 1/2 tab of ephedrine hcl. The makers of Thermorexin highly recommend against the use of ephedra as it is an unclean alkaloid extract, often having over 30% pseudoephedrine.
I have been taking Thermorexin and I get a little red sometimes like I have a mild sunburn?
This is likely due to the increase in peripheral blood flow, some nicotinamide flushing and an increase in thermogenesis which increase surface vasodilation (more blood near surface of skin to release heat and maintain your normal core body temperature).
The instructions say not to take Thermorexin on an empty stomach.
Does it matter what I eat before taking it first thing in the morning?
No it doesn't matter what you eat as long as it is enough to prevent nausea similar to what you experience when you take large vitamin pills on an empty stomach. Most people who do morning cardio drink a non-carb protein shake such as ISO AGB.
I am on a low carb diet and when I take Thermorexin I am getting hungrier than I usually do. Why is that?
