Tribulus Terrestris (20% Protodioscin) - The protodioscin in Tribulus has been shown to directly increase LH, and protodioscin increases levels of DHEA, hence increasing free testosterone. Among women, Tribulus Terrestris increases the concentration of hormones including estradiol, with testosterone being very slightly influenced. Clinical research shows 250mg of Tribulus Terrestris increases Lutenizing Hormone levels 186% and increases Testosterone levels by 40%.
